Lodging Policies at our Finger Lakes Hotel and Spa
To secure your reservation at The Inn at Gothic Eves, a 50 percent deposit of the total reservation amount is required upon booking, and a signature agreeing to the policies. We understand that plans may change, and offer a flexible cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival: You will not be responsible for the second half of your reservation.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled arrival: You will be responsible for the entirety of the reservation.
Travel Insurance
Please note that due to our commitment to providing a unique and exceptional stay, The Inn at Gothic Eves cannot tolerate the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that could result in a cancellation. For your convenience, we suggest exploring reputable travel insurance providers such as Allianz Travel Insurance to get a quote for your trip.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the entire reservation will be charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the reservation is due upon arrival. We accept cash, traveler’s/bank checks, and VISA/MC/DISCOVER.
Extended stays may qualify for reduced rates.
Check-In
Check-in time is 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Guests arriving after 6 p.m. must contact the Inn prior to arrival day for self-check-in instructions.
Early check-ins must be requested the day of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Children
Our Inn is child-friendly.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. There is a $500 fee for smoking in the Inn.

State or county sales tax is not included in these prices.
Additional adults are welcome at an extra charge.
If children under 12 stay in the same room with adults, we may charge a small fee, or none at all.
