Ithaca Festival:  May 29-June 2, 2013
Celebrating the artist in everyone through art, music, food, wine, crafts, kids’ activities, and sustainability workshops.  The festival kicks off on Wednesday evening, May 29, 2013 with the Mile Race, Parade, and concessions in Dewitt Park.  Five stages of live performances for your entertainment.  A food and wine tasting highlight with musical highlight at the Toots-Tasting-Tapas.  Wine not your thing?  The Beer Garden is a great alternative.  Enjoy making music yourself?  The Jam Tent is available for bluegrass, fiddle, and folk singing – bring your instrument and join in.  Pitch in and help this festival become a true zero-waste event!

Trumansburg Grassroots Festival:  July 18-21, 2013
The fun arrives right here in Trumansburg with music and dance in four separate entertainment venues, food, and crafts!

More than 80 acts from the immediate area, and from across the US, will be performing including:

  • Featival founder Donna the Buffalo
  • The Horse Flies
  • Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell
  • Driftwood
  • The Campbell Brothers
  • Pine leaf Boys
  • The Blind Spots
  • The Grady Girls
  • Kevin Kinsella
  • Sophistafunk
  • Rubblebucket
  • and so many more!

There may be artists that you’ve never heard of before, which is part of the plan!  New bands are just as important as established musicians, and all are brought together here in one place.

Twenty-eight separate local organizations benefit from the profit, providing a better life for residents, a better local experience for visitors, and even support for groups that span the globe!
